  1. Size and Adaptation Parameters: Focusing on miniaturized precision design, the part size ranges from 1mm to 100mm, with a small overall volume, adapting to narrow installation spaces such as small lock bodies and micro transmission structures. It adapts to a lock body thickness of 15-35mm and a lock core specification of 30-80mm (customizable). The part adaptation error is ≤0.006mm, which can accurately match the assembly needs of various small smart locks, compatible with various small parts such as lock core micro gears, small panels and precision connectors. It is easy to assemble and can achieve precise connection without additional adjustment.

Processing Precision Parameters: High-precision CNC precision machining equipment is adopted, with positioning accuracy of ±0.002mm, repeat positioning accuracy of ±0.001mm, hole position tolerance of ±0.004mm, flatness of ≤0.006mm/m and tooth profile tolerance of ±0.003mm. It can accurately process complex small structures such as micro curved surfaces and small components, eliminate precision deviation caused by small size, the processing precision is controllable throughout, and the qualification rate of part precision is ≥99.95%, meeting the high precision requirements of small parts.

Material and Strength Parameters: High-strength materials dedicated to micro processing are selected, including 304 stainless steel, 6061 aluminum alloy, brass, etc. After vacuum heat treatment, precision polishing and other processes, the part hardness is HRC 42-60, the tensile strength is ≥500MPa, and the compressive strength is ≥800MPa. Although small in size, it has excellent anti-prying, anti-wear and anti-corrosion performance. The salt spray test shows no rust for ≥48 hours, which can resist daily wear and slight impact during the use of small locks.

Operation and Durability Parameters: The friction coefficient of the parts is ≤0.10, the surface is smooth without burrs and redundant edges and corners, and there is no failure or obvious wear after more than 200,000 continuous opening and closing tests, with a service life of more than 8 years. The waterproof level is IP65, dustproof and oil-proof, which can adapt to the ambient temperature of -25℃~80℃, and can still maintain stable operation in narrow installation spaces without jamming or failure, adapting to the high-frequency use scenarios of small locks.

  5. Processing Efficiency and Environmental Protection Parameters: The single-piece processing cycle is adjusted according to the complexity of the part. The processing cycle of simple small parts is ≤20s/piece, that of complex micro parts is ≤80s/piece, and the batch processing efficiency can reach 1500-1800 pieces/day. Equipped with a micro automatic feeding system, it realizes efficient mass production. Environmental cutting fluid is used in the processing process, with noise ≤68dB, no dust or harmful gas emissions, meeting national environmental protection standards. It supports the import of drawings from design software such as CAD/CAM/UG, and can flexibly adapt to the customization needs of small parts.
