In terms of processes, advanced processes such as laser precision cutting, CNC precision bending, precision welding and press riveting are integrated. The laser cutting error is controlled within ±0.01mm, and the cut is flat without burrs; the bending forming is precise without wrinkles or cracks, perfectly restoring the design drawings; the welding and riveting are firm, taking into account both structural strength and appearance texture. The surface treatment adopts processes such as spray coating, anodizing and passivation, which have multiple advantages such as corrosion resistance, wear resistance and beauty, adapting to the appearance and performance needs of different industries.
