4. Material and Quality Parameters: Customized materials are strictly selected, and after vacuum heat treatment, surface anodizing or sandblasting treatment, the part hardness is HRC 45-62, the tensile strength is ≥520MPa, the compressive strength is ≥820MPa, the salt spray test shows no rust for ≥48 hours, and the anti-prying, anti-sawing and anti-impact performance is excellent. Each customized part undergoes 100% full inspection, strictly following the ISO9001 quality standard, with a rejection rate of ≤0.08%.
5. Environmental Protection and Adaptation Parameters: Environmental cutting fluid is used in the processing process, with noise ≤70dB, no dust or harmful gas emissions, meeting national environmental protection standards.
