Material selection focuses on the protection and structural needs of charging piles, using high-quality cold-rolled steel sheets (SPCC), galvanized steel sheets (SGCC) and 304 stainless steel sheets to adapt to different scenarios on demand: cold-rolled steel sheets have outstanding cost performance, and after pickling, phosphating and electrostatic spraying treatment, they have excellent rust and corrosion resistance, suitable for household and indoor commercial charging piles; galvanized steel sheets have their own galvanized protective layer, stronger weather resistance, suitable for semi-outdoor scenarios; 304 stainless steel sheets are acid and alkali resistant, corrosion resistant and UV resistant, suitable for harsh outdoor scenarios such as open air and coastal high salt spray, with a service life of more than 15 years.

Each batch of charging pile housing sheet metal must pass a number of rigorous tests: IP protection test (dust and water resistance), structural strength test, weather resistance test (high and low temperature cycle, UV aging), corrosion resistance test (salt spray test for 48 hours without rust), electrical insulation test, ensuring that the product meets industry standards and usage needs.
