Processing Precision and Quality Control Parameters: Adopting high-precision CNC machining equipment, the positioning accuracy is ±0.004mm, the repeat positioning accuracy is ±0.002mm, the hole position tolerance is ±0.006mm, the flatness is ≤0.008mm/m, and the tooth profile tolerance is ±0.005mm. The processing precision error is controllable throughout. Every batch of parts undergoes 100% precision inspection, with a rejection rate of ≤0.1%, strictly following the ISO9001 quality standard to ensure the consistency and stability of mass production.
