The characteristics of CNC precision parts processing are high processing precision, strong repeatability, complex processing shapes, and strict quality requirements. The dimensional tolerance of the processed parts can usually reach ±0.001mm to ±0.01mm, and the surface roughness can reach Ra0.1μm to Ra0.8μm, which is difficult to achieve by traditional processing methods. Precision inspection is a key link in CNC precision parts processing, which directly determines whether the parts meet the design requirements. Common precision measuring tools include coordinate measuring machines (CMM), laser interferometers, micrometers, and gauges. Coordinate measuring machines can accurately measure the three-dimensional size and shape of parts, with a measurement accuracy of up to the sub-micron level; laser interferometers can detect the positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy of machine tools, ensuring the stability of processing precision. Post-processing is also an important part, including deburring, polishing, electroplating, and other operations, which not only improves the surface quality of the parts but also enhances their corrosion resistance and service life. With the development of intelligent manufacturing technology, CNC precision parts processing is moving towards full automation and intelligence, and the integration of AI, digital twin, and other technologies has further improved processing precision and efficiency, meeting the growing demand for high-precision parts in various industries.
