The CNC controller is the core of the equipment, which needs to have strong multi-axis linkage control capabilities and high-speed processing performance. For example, FANUC’s Series 30i and 31i-A5 CNC systems are high-performance controllers for five-axis machining, which have functions such as tool center point control, 3D cutter compensation, and nano smoothing, ensuring high-precision and high-efficiency processing. The precision machine tool body adopts high-rigidity and high-stability structural design, with linear guide rails and ball screws to ensure the smooth movement of each axis and the accuracy of positioning. The multi-axis linkage spindle provides high-speed rotation and precise positioning capabilities, while the automatic tool changing system realizes quick tool switching, reducing non-cutting time.

In practical applications, CNC five-axis milling equipment plays an irreplaceable role in processing complex parts. In the aerospace industry, it is used to process engine blades, impellers, and other key components with complex curved surfaces; in the mold manufacturing industry, it is used to process complex mold cavities and cores, improving mold precision and service life; in the automotive industry, it is used to process high-precision automotive parts such as engine cylinder heads and gearboxes. Although the programming of CNC five-axis milling equipment is more complex, with the development of advanced CAM software, the difficulty of programming has been greatly reduced, promoting the popularization and application of five-axis milling equipment.
