CNC (Computer Numerical Control) mechanical operation is a precision manufacturing technology that uses computer programs to control the movement and operation of machine tools, replacing traditional manual operation to achieve high-efficiency, high-accuracy and consistent processing of workpieces. It is widely used in aerospace, automotive manufacturing, electronic equipment, mold processing and other fields, becoming an indispensable core link in modern manufacturing. The operation of CNC machinery requires operators to have a solid grasp of professional knowledge, including understanding of machine tool structure, programming skills, tool use and safety specifications, to ensure the smooth progress of the processing process and the quality of finished products.

The basic process of CNC mechanical operation mainly includes four stages: programming, setup, trial operation and formal processing. First, the operator needs to convert the design drawings of the workpiece into a numerical control program that the machine tool can recognize, using programming languages such as G-code and M-code to specify the processing path, cutting speed, feed rate and tool change sequence. Then, the setup work is carried out, including installing the workpiece on the fixture, installing the cutting tool on the tool holder, calibrating the tool length and workpiece coordinate system, and adjusting the machine tool parameters to meet the processing requirements. Before formal processing, a trial operation is necessary to check whether the program is correct, whether the tool path is reasonable, and whether the processing accuracy meets the standard, so as to avoid equipment damage or workpiece scrapping caused by program errors.

In the process of formal operation, the operator needs to closely monitor the operation status of the machine tool, including the operation of the spindle, the movement of the feed axis, the cutting sound and the temperature of the machine tool. At the same time, it is necessary to regularly check the wear of the tool and replace the tool in time when the wear is excessive to ensure the processing quality. Safety operation is the top priority of CNC mechanical operation. Operators must wear personal protective equipment such as work clothes and safety shoes, abide by the operating procedures of the machine tool, and are not allowed to operate the machine tool without authorization or modify the program at will. In addition, regular maintenance and maintenance of the machine tool is also an important part of the operation, including cleaning the machine tool, adding lubricating oil, checking the electrical system and mechanical components, so as to extend the service life of the machine tool and ensure its stable operation.
